Collecting With Confidence
Every acquisition should feel considered, secure, and cared for from the first click to the moment your work arrives. The policies below set out exactly how we handle your purchase, so you can collect with complete peace of mind. Each is written to protect both you and the work, and reflects the same attention to detail we bring to the art itself.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Here you’ll find how orders are confirmed, how pricing and limited editions work, and how ownership, authenticity, and copyright are handled. Read this first to understand exactly what you’re acquiring.

Questions collectors often ask
- Is the quoted price the final figure? Yes. You will have a full written quote – including framing, shipping, insurance, and any tax – before you commit.
- Is the quotation VAT-inclusive? This will be confirmed clearly in your written quotation.
- Can I place a hold on a work while I decide? Yes, this can usually be arranged for a short time – simply ask when you enquire.
- Do your terms affect my statutory rights? No. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UK consumer law.

Questions before you buy
- When will my work arrive? A realistic timeframe is confirmed at the point of purchase. As limited edition images are made to order we are not an overnight service. Our shipping policy provides detailed guidance on what you can expect.
- Can I acquire a work from overseas? Yes – please get in touch.
- What if a work is damaged in transit? Please see Returns below – report it within 48 hours with photographs, and it will be resolved promptly.
- What if my tracking hasn’t updated? Contact us after 5 working days without an update, and an investigation will be opened.
Returns Policy
Clarity on returns, exchanges, and damaged or faulty items. Understand which works can be returned, the timeframes involved, and how we put things right if something isn’t as expected.

Anything unclear?
These pages aim to answer the practical side of acquiring a work, so nothing sits between you and a considered decision. If a question remains, it is always welcome – a short note via the contact form will reach us.
When you are ready to look again or check a detail, these pages may help:
- Availability & Enquiries – how to begin a conversation about a work
- Editions & Provenance – how the editions work, and how each is authenticated
- Materials & Framing – how each print is made and presented
- Galleries – to spend more time with the work
There is no hurry. Take whatever time you need.
