Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day it is despatched from us. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please get in touch with us in the first instance.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. If we are unable to issue a refund using the original payment method, we will contact you for alternative banking details.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you don’t receive your refund, please check your bank account again and then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Please get in touch with us if you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund.
Sale items (if applicable).
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please get in touch with us if you need to exchange it for the same item.
Shipping.
To return your product, you will be given a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless you directly paid for it.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for all returns. This is necessary to guarantee receipt of your returned item. Also, please ensure you take adequate insurance.
